About Sukhdeep
Sukhdeep S. Sidhu is a partner at KMB Law, focusing mainly on franchise, retail and distribution law along with business and estate succession within the firm's corporate and commercial group. He advises new and established Canadian and international franchisors on drafting franchise agreements, disclosure documents and master franchise agreements, and manages franchisor relationships. He also helps franchisees review and negotiate disclosure documents and agreements, and represents them buying and selling single and multi-unit franchises. His experience includes incorporations, asset and share transactions, corporate reorganizations, and drafting commercial contracts such as shareholder, licensing, supplier and distribution agreements for small and mid-sized businesses. Sukhdeep earned his LLB from the University of Southampton in 2015 and a BA (Honours) from York University in 2013, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2017. He speaks English and Punjabi.
