About Brian

Brian Prill is the principal and founder of BLP Law, focusing on corporate finance and securities transactions including exempt market financings, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. Before starting his own firm, he was Director and President of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada, a partner at Blaney McMurtry and McLean & Kerr, and an associate at Torys. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 and the New York bar in 2003.
