About Irving

Irving Fox heads the business law, commercial real estate, condominium, and collection practice groups at Speigel Nichols Fox LLP, which he joined in 1984 after practicing at a downtown Toronto firm. His business law work covers the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses along with drafting shareholder, partnership, and employment agreements, while his real estate practice involves multi-million dollar commercial transactions, joint ventures, and industrial condominium developments. Irving also leads a team handling collection of secured and unsecured loans for financial institutions, private lenders, and corporations, often navigating related insolvency issues. He is legal counsel to a pharmaceutical company with worldwide operations and previously served as one of its directors. Irving holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Civil Law, and Bachelor of Commerce, all from McGill University, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, and Peel Law Association.
