About Adil

Adil Habib is an Associate at KMB Law and a member of the firm's Litigation Group, with extensive experience in construction and engineering disputes, director and shareholder conflicts, real estate disputes and health law. He is skilled at managing complex, multi-party disputes across all levels of court. Before being called to the Ontario bar in 2019, Adil worked internationally as a project engineer in the oil and gas industry, focusing on pipeline projects, and he draws on that engineering background to give clients practical, commercially oriented advice. He has represented owners, contractors, trades and suppliers in the construction industry and regularly reviews contracts to help clients manage and mitigate risk. Adil holds a J.D. from Bond University and a B.A.Sc. with honours in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo, and he practices in English and Urdu.
