About Manpreet

Manpreet Singh Minhas is a founding partner of Minhas Lawyers LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 2007. He practices real estate and business law, handling residential and commercial transactions, mortgage refinancing, transfers of estate land, and business or share purchases. His work also covers mortgage enforcement, private lending, and commercial and residential leasing, along with gas station and hotel or motel transactions. In his business law practice, he advises clients on incorporation, shareholder agreements, and acquisitions. He belongs to the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations and is active in community charities.
