About Anmol
Anmol Rana is an associate in the Franchise, Retail and Distribution and Corporate/Commercial groups at KMB Law. Her work centers on franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, and a range of corporate and commercial transactions. Before joining the firm she articled at a commercial law firm, gaining experience in secured lending, insolvency matters, real estate transactions, and private securities compliance. She holds a dual J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit-Mercy and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. Rana serves on the board of the Veterans Legal Assistance Foundation, reflecting her interest in veteran-focused advocacy, and speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
