Marek Malicki has practised law since 1973 and served as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court in Ontario's Central West Region from 1984 to 2023. His practice now focuses on family law, civil litigation, and estate matters, where he assists executors with court documentation and estate management and advises on disputes involving will interpretation, capacity, and beneficiary and trustee rights. He also handles real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, and industrial purchases, sales, leasing, and financing, along with business, commercial, and corporate matters such as incorporations and shareholder agreements. Marek is fluent in English, Polish, and Spanish.
