About Stuart

Stuart Hough chairs McCarter Grespan's real estate practice group. He has broad experience across commercial property purchases, leasing, dispositions, financing and development, with a particular focus on commercial leasing, where he represents both landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial settings. Stuart also structures development and ownership vehicles, including partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations, trusts and co-ownerships. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Queen's University, where he graduated in 2007, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2008. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and sits on the board of directors of Supportive Housing of Waterloo.
