Eichler practises employment and administrative law with a focus on occupational health and safety defence, compliance, and related criminal matters, along with workplace harassment, bullying, and discrimination investigations. He advises businesses and non-profits on governance, ethics, and regulatory matters, and assists employers with OHS policies, due diligence, and audits after workplace accidents in oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and forestry.
