About Abby
Abby Griener practices in the Family Law group at Vogel LLP, which she joined as a law student before completing a joint article with the Alberta Court of Appeal. Her practice focuses on custody, access, and parenting issues, and from 2013 she spent several years representing children and youth at the Children's Legal & Educational Resource Centre in high-conflict parenting matters. She has argued before the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and completed her law degree at the University of Calgary, where she took part in several mooting competitions.
