About Sterling

Sterling Edmonds is an Associate with a corporate and commercial practice focused on advising startups, high-growth companies, and businesses in the real estate and financial services sectors. His work spans mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate financing, and a range of commercial matters, with an emphasis on supporting companies as they scale, including financing and security matters, corporate structuring, and negotiating commercial agreements. He also advises in-house legal teams navigating regulatory considerations across their organizations. Sterling earned his law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2022, after a Master of Health Administration from Dalhousie and an honours degree from St. Francis Xavier University, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2023. He currently serves as Vice Chair and Director of Junior Achievement Nova Scotia and has raised funds for cancer care through the QE2 Ride for Cancer.
