About Noel

Noel grew up in Halifax and attended Saint Mary's University, where he earned a double major in Psychology and Philosophy with great distinction, followed by his law degree at Dalhousie University. After graduation, he articled for a member of the criminal bar in Halifax and completed his articling at the general law firm Cragg Law, where he worked for several years before opening Fellows Law. Noel maintains a general law practice in criminal, wills and estates, family law, and property law, with a focus on personal injury.
