About Stephen
Stephen Rukavina practises both income tax and sales tax. His income tax work focuses on private-company planning and wealth management, trust taxation, and assisting non-resident clients with inbound investment into Canada, including income tax aspects of securities offerings. His sales tax practice covers GST/HST and PST advice on asset sales, real estate transactions, imports and exports, and the charities and not-for-profit sectors, and he represents clients in GST/HST and PST disputes with the CRA and the BC Ministry of Finance.
