About Peter

Peter was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1978 and spent much of his career at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, practicing as defence counsel from 1986 to 1999. He developed a practice niche in complex personal injury cases involving conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and complex regional pain syndrome, and is experienced in the forensic interpretation of MRI evidence in brain injury cases. He authored an in-house book on causation in fibromyalgia and chronic pain for ICBC and is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education of British Columbia seminars.
