About Stephanie
Stephanie Shuter is an associate at Osler working within the Corporate Group, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions along with corporate finance, securities and other general corporate work. She completed an LL.B. with Distinction at the University of Edinburgh Law School, where she took on the role of Chief Copy Editor at the Edinburgh Student Law Review and also sat on its Editorial Board. Stephanie later earned an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, having previously completed a B.A. in International Development and Communications at McGill University. Before finishing her articles at Osler in 2023, she spent a summer working in-house at one of the country's largest investment management firms.
