About Jennifer

Jennifer Teskey is the Canadian managing partner of the firm. She practises in corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class actions, securities, accounting, regulatory and energy matters. She has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and courts in Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and New Brunswick, as well as many administrative tribunals including the Ontario Securities Commission and Ontario Energy Board.
