About Stephanie

Stephanie Desjardins is a partner at Tereposky & DeRose LLP who represents clients in international trade and regulatory matters, including anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews before the CBSA and the CITT, and related judicial reviews before the Federal Court of Appeal. Her practice also covers government procurement, economic sanctions, import and export controls, and customs matters, along with regulatory compliance under the Controlled Goods Program and Contract Security Program. She represents clients before Ontario courts in set-aside and enforcement proceedings for foreign arbitral awards. Before joining the firm, she worked in the legal department of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and clerked for Justice Marianne Rivoalen of the Federal Court of Appeal. She serves as Treasurer of the Réseau francophone de droit international and sits on the CITT Advisory Committee. Desjardins was called to the Ontario and New York bars in 2017, holds a J.D. (cum laude) and an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa, and an LL.M. with Distinction and a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center. She speaks English and French.
