Steven A. Neal practises real estate and wills and estates law in Ottawa as part of Payette & Neal, and is also a notary public. He earned a B.A. (Hons.) in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2012. He articled and practised at Bell, Kreklewich & Chambers in Melville, Saskatchewan, and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in May 2015, where he remains an inactive member. After returning to Ontario in 2016, he was admitted as a practising member of the Law Society of Ontario in September of that year and began practising at what is now Payette & Neal in February 2017.
