About Greg

Greg Tereposky is a founding partner of Tereposky & DeRose. He is a leader in international trade and investment treaty matters, regularly advising governments, industries, and private corporations. He has served as a WTO panelist, including in a dispute involving anti-dumping measures on fatty alcohols from Indonesia (2014) and a NAFTA softwood lumber countervailing duty dispute (2021), and appears regularly before investor-state arbitration tribunals, WTO panels and the Appellate Body, and Canadian trade authorities including the CBSA and the CITT. He is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Trade Law Guide and a co-founder of Investor State Law Guide, both online legal research databases. Tereposky was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1992 and Ontario in 1996, and holds a combined LL.B./J.D. and a B.Comm. (Hons.) in Finance, both from the University of British Columbia.
