About Stanley

Stanley Reinblatt has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1971 and focuses his practice at Sternthal Montigny Greenberg St-Germain LLP on corporate and commercial transactions, estates and successions. He has significant experience negotiating buy-outs and buy-sell agreements, enforcing shotgun clauses, settling contested wills and drafting commercial contracts, and has mediated resolutions in complex disputes. He has served on several boards of directors and was Commissioner of Public Safety in Montreal West for over 12 years. Reinblatt earned his B.A. from Sir George Williams University in 1966 and his B.C.L. from McGill University in 1970.
