About David

David Sternthal is a founding partner of Sternthal Montigny Greenberg St-Germain LLP and head of its business law group, with expertise spanning corporate, commercial and business transactions. He has handled deals of up to $90 million, advising commercial enterprises and financial institutions, and has also handled significant real estate transactions and represented a major Canadian bank on numerous financings. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a Civil Law degree from McGill University, and an MBA from Columbia University, and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1975.
