About Patricia

Patricia Marin has been a member of the Paquette Avocats team since 2019 and has practised corporate and transactional law since her call to the bar in 2022. She advises businesses, their directors and shareholders on incorporation, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and the drafting of commercial contracts, including services agreements, commercial leases, share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements. She also assists liquidators in settling estates that include corporate assets. She sits on the board of a business-community organization and on the board of a Montreal West Island arts venue. She holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal (2020) and is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
