About Nicole

Nicole Chang is a Partner at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017 and the Ontario Bar in 2023. She holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, an LL.M. in tax law from York University and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University, and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She chairs the firm's B.C. Class Action Group and its Estate Litigation Group, managing complex multi-party litigation involving product liability, financial services, municipal liability and abuse claims, as well as real estate and corporate disputes and wills-variation and executor disputes. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of B.C., the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada, and co-chairs the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Group.
