About Leon
Leon J. Greenberg heads the Litigation Department at Sternthal Montigny Greenberg St-Germain LLP and has specialized in corporate, commercial and civil litigation for more than 30 years, appearing before courts at all levels including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has particular expertise in shareholder disputes and matters involving creditor security, bankruptcy and insolvency, and has a further specialty in latent defect claims and succession and estate matters for individual clients. He also assists clients with the collection of receivables and with leases and employee matters arising in their businesses. Greenberg graduated with distinction from Concordia University in 1977 and obtained his civil law degree from the Université de Montréal in 1981, joining the Barreau du Québec that same year.
