About Stacy
Stacy Bailey is a medical malpractice lawyer with trial experience in complex negligence cases involving birth injuries, surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, and hospital negligence, along with work in commercial, financial, and public law matters. As former defence counsel at a Bay Street firm, she brings a strategic, trial-focused approach and has appeared before administrative tribunals, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. Stacy earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was a Dean's Fellow for Civil Procedure and co-founded the Osgoode Health Law Association, and she served on the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's board as Chair of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion from 2023 to 2024. She founded the Digna Tirado Legacy Scholarship and the Alvarez LSAT Book Bursary, both supporting Latin high school students pursuing law. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
