About Brad
Brad Pleavin is Independent Counsel practising exclusively in long-term disability law through Bradley Pleavin Professional Corporation; he is not an employee, associate or partner of Share Lawyers. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2006, he trained at the University of Windsor's law school before articling at a national full-service firm in downtown Toronto. Over his career he has represented hundreds of clients in disability and life insurance disputes, appearing at all levels including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and tribunals such as the former Financial Services Commission of Ontario. His work includes examinations for discovery, settlement negotiations, and mediations on behalf of clients whose benefits have been denied or terminated.
