About J.
J. A. Michael Wolfe earned a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario in 1995, a Master's degree from Carleton University in 1998, and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2001, before being admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002. For his first seven years in practice he worked at two prominent insurance defence firms in downtown Toronto, giving him a close understanding of how insurers operate. He now acts exclusively for injured people, with a practice focused on tort claims, long-term disability and statutory accident benefit disputes. Michael has represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in private arbitrations, arbitrations at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and hearings before the License Appeal Tribunal. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
