About Sreya
Sreya Roy is a trusted advisor to clients navigating employment and human rights issues and has exclusively practised employment law for more than 11 years. Roy maintains a balanced practice supporting both employers and employees, helping organizations build inclusive workplaces while advising individuals on their workplace rights. As a neutral investigator, Roy conducts trauma-informed investigations through an anti-oppression lens for municipalities, universities, colleges, school boards, hospitals and private organizations. Roy is a Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour & Employment Section and its Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights Section, and recently completed a six-year board appointment with Indus Community Services. Roy was called to the Ontario bar in 2015 and is fluent in Bengali with working knowledge of Hindi.
