About Spencer
Spencer Walker is a lawyer in SV Law's Business Law Practice Group, working out of the Guelph office. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Brock University before completing a joint Canadian and American Juris Doctor through the dual degree program between the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. He is licensed to practice in both Ontario and New York. After articling at SV Law, Spencer worked with the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada within the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner, helping address maltreatment matters involving national sport organizations such as Hockey Canada. He was called to the bar in both jurisdictions in 2023 and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the Wellington Law Association.
