About Jonathon

Jon practises business and real estate law with a focus on agri-business, acquisitions and sales of private companies, corporate reorganizations, and commercial and residential land development. He regularly drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, subdivision and site-plan agreements. He earned his J.D. from Western in 2012 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
