Thomas W.R. Manes
Tom represents mid- to large-size corporations in a corporate commercial practice covering leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and business agreements, as well as secured transactions for lenders and borrowers. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999.
