About Michael

Michael is a partner and business and real estate lawyer who advises on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, succession planning, and bank financing. Before law school he worked in banking and the pharmaceutical industry. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2009 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
