About Spencer

Spencer Toffoli is an Associate at DWF Canada, practising from the Victoria office, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020. She holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. Her practice covers general insurance defence, with a focus on personal injury litigation, employment and human rights complaints and coverage issues, with appearances in BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court and administrative tribunals. She chairs the CBA Young Lawyers Victoria Section and volunteers with Access Pro Bono's legal clinic, fundraising for Covenant House Vancouver and United Way.
