About Skye

Skye Kelly is an associate at McInnes Cooper's Saint John office, with interests in general litigation, insurance defence, immigration law, and competition law. During her studies at the University of New Brunswick she served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the UNB Law Journal, co-chaired Speaker's Hour and OutLaw, and represented her peers as a student senator on the UNB Fredericton Senate. She also competed for UNB at the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law moot in her third year of law school. She earned her JD from the University of New Brunswick in 2025 and a BA from the same university in 2019, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2026.
