About Geoffrey

Geoffrey Penney is a Partner in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, whose practice centers on civil litigation, condominium law, construction law, property development, contract law, and insurance law. He regularly advises individual and corporate clients as well as condominium boards, and has represented clients before all levels of court in the province and at various tribunals and commissions. Geoffrey is a past National Executive President and National Executive Chairman of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and past President of its Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter, and he holds the designation of Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI). He was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 1999 and studied law at Dalhousie University.
