About Sarnj
Sarnj K. Rai practises family law and civil litigation out of Solimano Law's Vancouver office, handling child and spousal support, custody and access disputes, divorce, separation, adoptions, business and pension valuations, and drafting cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements. She has represented clients in both the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court, and also prioritizes alternative dispute resolution and mediation where appropriate. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013 with a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers' Association of British Columbia and the South Asian Bar Association, and is well versed in Punjabi.
