Personal InjuryKit Perrick has practised civil litigation for 22 years, specializing in family law, Aboriginal law, civil rights cases and personal injury matters, and is an experienced family law and trial litigator. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004 and the Manitoba Bar in 2005, and has appeared at all levels of court in BC and across Western Canada. He has represented Indian Residential School survivors, First Nations communities, and families facing child removal by the Ministry of Children and Family Development, including a three-week trial that secured the return of children to their parents. He became a BC Law Society accredited Family Law Mediator in 2019, and in his family law practice focuses on parenting and custody litigation, protection from family violence, and high net worth property division under the Family Law Act.
