About Sipy

Sipy Brar is an associate in TDS's Business Law Group, practicing corporate and commercial law. She earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba in 2023, and during her final year of law school she participated in the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic, assisting local businesses and entrepreneurs with business law matters. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2024. Sipy speaks Punjabi and is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, serving as Member-at-Large of its Wills, Estates and Trusts Section.
