About Cale

Cale Harrison is counsel at David | Sauvé LLP with a practice focused primarily on serious personal injury cases, long-term disability and other insurance denials, and estate litigation. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and various administrative tribunals, and has negotiated substantial settlements for clients, including successfully opposing a defendant's attempt to access a plaintiff's private social media and metadata in Merpaw v. Hyde, 2015 ONSC 1053. Cale has been a member of the County of Carleton Law Association since 2009 and chaired its Civil Litigation Conference Planning Committee, and has led the organizing committee for the YMCA-YWCA's Lawyers for Kids charity hockey tournament.
