About Shui

Shui Luo advises on business and international transactions and is licensed to practise law in both Ontario and China, with more than twenty years of combined experience across Canada and Greater China. Before joining Fauri Law, he worked at a top Canadian national firm handling corporate and real estate deals, venture capital investments and mergers and acquisitions. His clients span software, blockchain, manufacturing, entertainment, construction, mining and oil and gas, and range from early-stage startups to mature enterprises seeking financing, joint ventures or strategic investment. He co-founded the LaunchHub Angels Network, formed by Chinese Canadians investing in early-stage companies.
