About Barbara
Barbara Hendrickson has spent nearly thirty years practising in securities and corporate law, including time at international and national firms, a Vancouver boutique, and as senior legal counsel with the Ontario Securities Commission before founding her own firm fourteen years ago. Her national and cross-border practice covers corporate finance and securities matters for public and private clients, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, going-public and going-private transactions, take-over bids, fund formation and securities compliance programs. Her regulatory background gives her particular insight into how securities rules are applied and enforced. She has been repeatedly recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada for her work in corporate finance and securities.
