Standard, repeatable matters such as incorporation, equity structuring, and employee agreements are handled through fixed-fee Workflow Kit packages. More complex or negotiated matters, like financings involving outside investor counsel or M&A, are billed on a custom quote or hourly basis after an initial intake and scope review.

What does the Launch Incorporation Package cost?

Fauri Law's Launch Incorporation Package, its lawyer-led company formation service, is a fixed fee of $1,595 CAD for standard scope, covering incorporation, organizational documents, and initial founder share issuance. HST and government filing fees are separate.

Does Fauri Law handle SAFE and convertible note financings?

Yes. Fauri Law assists companies with SAFE financings, convertible notes, and related financing readiness work, though matters involving investor counsel, securities filings, or foreign investors are usually handled as advisory work rather than a fixed-fee package.

Does Fauri Law work on cross-border matters between Canada and the UAE?

Yes. Alongside its Toronto office, Fauri Law operates a branch in Abu Dhabi, Fauri Law FZE, and describes handling Canada-UAE matters as one firm on both sides rather than splitting the work between separate firms.
