About Shivani
Shivani Seth joined Share Lawyers in 2025 and has practised employment law exclusively since her call to the bar. Her work involves handling client intakes, negotiating settlements, and drafting applications, motions, and mediation memorandums. Before law school she earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Biology at McMaster University and completed an M.A. thesis on the epistemic validity of empathy. She went on to earn her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
