About Rachel
Rachel Puma is a partner in Robins Appleby's Commercial Real Estate and Development Group and Affordable and Social Housing Group, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing. She guides developers through condominium and subdivision projects from land purchase through to sale, and has become a leading authority on Toronto's Multi-Unit Residential Acquisition Program, helping non-profits acquire buildings to secure them as permanent affordable rental housing. Rachel earned her J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University in 2015, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. Best Lawyers named her a 2025 One to Watch.
