About Franceen
Franceen Rogovein joined Share Lawyers in 2024 as a Discovery Lawyer after a career spent exclusively in insurance and personal injury law. Admitted to the Ontario bar in 1989, she has tried cases throughout the province and appeared before all levels of court as well as the License Appeal Tribunal. Franceen has taught Practice Management and Professional Responsibility at the Bar Admission Course and has lectured frequently on civil litigation and trial preparation for the Law Society of Ontario. In 2013 she founded Rogovein Resolutions after studying mediation and negotiation techniques at the University of Windsor and the University of Toronto, including training in the Harvard method of dispute resolution, and she has since mediated more than 1,000 cases. She holds a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
