About David

David Share is President and Managing Director of Share Lawyers, where he oversees the progress of the firm's disability insurance cases and provides guidance to its lawyers. He has practiced law since 1985 and is a member of both the Ontario and New York Bars. David serves as Director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and spent 12 years as an Adjunct Professor in Osgoode Hall Law School's Trial Advocacy Course. He has extensive experience negotiating settlements in disability insurance claims and has handled mediations, arbitrations, and trials. He earned his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1983 and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates' Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice.
