About Gianmarco
Gianmarco Fabiano was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 after earning an honours BA from Western University and a JD from the University of Ottawa. Before joining Share Lawyers in 2019, he built substantial litigation experience focused on personal injury and employment law. He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, the Financial Services Commission, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. At Share Lawyers he continues advocating for clients whose disability claims have been denied, handling discoveries, mediations, and settlement negotiations. His bar admission in Alberta is pending, as is one in Manitoba.
