About Josef
Josef Finkel is an associate in the Litigation Group whose work focuses mainly on debt collection and related litigation. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and his B.A. from York University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. Before joining Chaitons LLP, he was an associate at a boutique commercial and insurance litigation firm in Toronto. Josef belongs to The Advocates Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, he enjoys various sports, fishing, and jiu-jitsu.
