About Sheri

Sheri Wicks is a partner and board member in the firm's St. John's office, with a broad commercial practice spanning corporate matters, commercial and civil litigation, and wills and estates including succession planning. Her litigation work has included shareholder disputes, directors' liability issues and condominium litigation. She has particular experience advising on partnership agreements between Innu and non-Innu businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador. Sheri holds a B.Comm. (Hons.) from Memorial University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2001. She has served as president of the Canadian Bar Association's Newfoundland and Labrador branch and manages the firm's pro bono program.
