About Janus
Janus Siebrits is a partner at MacGillivray Law in Halifax, focusing on personal injury and insurance litigation with an emphasis on long-term disability claims and motor vehicle accident cases. He has appeared regularly before federal Canada Pension Plan Disability Tribunals, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. He holds an LL.B. from the University of South Africa's Faculty of Law and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2006, after earlier practicing at the Western Cape Provincial Bar. He belongs to the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and spends his free time with his family.
